The HHR workgroup met on February 8, 2023 and finalized its proposed rewrite of the ARCI Model Rules pertaining to Historical Horse Racing wagering were authorized.
The proposal before the committee is to strike the Part B language pertaining to Instant Racing contained in ARCI-004-105 and create a new ARCI-004-050 Historical Horse Racing.
The recommendation to the committee will be to review and modify as necessary and move the proposed rules forward to the Membership or Board for final approval at the March meeting.
