Restricted Administration Time
The Racing Medication and Testing Consortium petitions for a Model Rule change to implement the the Horseracing Integrity and Safety Act’s required 48-restricted administration time affecting medications given prior to a race. The proposed HISA medication rules have similar language as well. This is an action item before the committee.
Drug Testing Violation Grace Period
